“The pillows were too soft. The people in room 308 woke me up at11;00 pm with loud music, talking, laughter. Called the front desk and it went to voice mail. called again at 3:15 a.m. still no answer. Banged on the wall a few times but did no good. I had a funeral to go to and had maybe a couple of hours of sleep. So it was not good for the price I had to pay. The front desk was empty half of the time and they were all outside the back door.Smoking and talking. The front desk could be a little more friendlier...”
