“Staff was amazing and very helpful. We came to the area last minute and they gave us complementary late check-out. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The options was nice and I was able to find something for myself and a picky child. Facility was very clean and the bed was cozy. Laundry facility was free and that was the best part with a messy child being on the road for 5.5 hours. Felt like home because we had everything and more!”

“We were refunded for our nights stay due to an obnoxious gentleman staying in room beside us. Hex asyelling and extremely angry with someone. Didn't feel safe due to this behavior. We were told this was one of their regular customers. They were surprised by his behavior but I guess they've never slept beside him. Hotels need to protect their guests with more security. Maybe jeybacc as to elevators etc to prevent u wanted people from entering properties. I'll research better about these concerns when booking reservations again.”
