“We were very, very happy with this hotel and our stay. Two things stand out: the clerk at the front desk was amazing! So helpful and accodating. We wanted to switch to a room with bunk beds because our older boys were complaining about having to share a queen. The clerk was so kind to resolve that, when it wasn't her problem--in my eyes. Also the room itself was fantastic for our needs. We have 3 boys. The older two were happy in the bunk beds and our 2 year old was able to use the couch matress and was safe on the floor. Also the pool area was great for all ages and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Hotel was also close to all attractions we wanted to see. We'd chose this hotel again when we are back in the Minneapolis area.”
