“From the moment we arrived to the time we had to leave we received exceptional service from all the staff. We arrived on a Thursday and were informed by the receptionist that there was a free dinner with beer and wine available that evening if we wished to partake. After a long drive we could think of nothing better. Our king suite room was spacious and very comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. The hotel was a little way out of town but they offer a free shuttle service on the hour to go into town and they drop and pick you up at the Durango Silverton Historic Railway Station right in town. We loved staying at this hotel, you could not fault it, such friendly service.”
