“We stayed three nights. Very comfortable, large room with a kingsize bed and spa. Great location for exploring Banos and within easy walking distance from the various spas, the central park and bus station.”
“We had 2 rooms, a Double and a Triple. Rooms are big with small work desk. One of the beds in the Triple was uncomfortable, but all the rest were good. Breakfast is outstanding European style breakfast with GOOD coffee. Great location away from the main highway against the mountain, but only a 3 block walk to the center of everything. They have on-site thermal Spa facilities (unfortunately were closed for maintenance during our stay).”

“The staff is awesome. The hotel is nice. The most important thing is their honestity. Being an Ecuadorian lady and living in Canada for 30 years, surprise me: My niece forgot the iPhone 7 in her room and the people in the hotel were more worried than us, calling our home phone in Quito, sending me messages to my cell. We arrived to Quito and my niece Found out she forgot the phone in her room. Commented with family and friends and they said...Lost, never, ever they will give you back...she was almost in tears.... I called them and immediately they sent it ...wow, wow... I would like to publish in the newspapers just to show ecuadorians to change they view about ecuadorians and for foreign people to say Ecuador, ecuadorian people is too good to be truth...Go to Ecuador, to Banios, to this Hotel with the highest spectatives.”
