“Welcoming staff at the front desk started our four night stay. The hotel is on Gran Via, a lively street with plenty of shopping, theater, restaurants and public transportation. Our room was immaculately clean. Plenty of amenities-slippers, robe, shampoos, etc. The monogrammed pressed bed linens were extremely luxurious in feel. The beds comfortable. Turn down service in the evening, and each day when we returned to our room, daily room cleaning was to our complete satisfaction. The rooftop terrace was a lovely way to wind down after a day of sight seeing. There was plenty of seating inside to take some time to relax, read. We were so pleased with our stay, and when we return to Madrid, we will be sure to book Hotel Atlantico.”
“Location location location - close to shopping and Cheuca district. Special touch was receiving a small ornament as a gift from the hotel as well as getting the bed opened for you every night (if you weren’t inside the room at the time) with a chocolate to welcome you to a good nights sleep. It was beyond satisfactory. Also paid a small amount for a late checkout which was super convenient (pending availability). Breakfast rates were also quite reasonable.”

“The room is nice, comfortable and very clean. The location is very central, you can easily walk to all main attractions. The staff provided us with excellent tips on bars/restaurants and a map with our whereabouts in relation to all main attractions. The lounge at the 9th floor and the roof top bar was very lovely. They served free tea and coffee after 3.00 PM. The bartender/host at the lounge is an amazing lady, she may not speak English very well but you would end up having a fantastic conversation with her.”
