“We needed to just get away from it all. The hotel, the location, the stunning lake views, the tranquillity ... this was a real treat for us and we really enjoyed it. The menu del noche in the restaurant was superb and such value for money. We paired our evening meals with a local wine which was perfect. If you like (for a fee), the hotel will prepare a picnic for you to take away on your trip round the lakes for the day. This was a nice extra touch. The spa was very nice too!”
“The evening meal was excellent, and even though we must have stood out like sore thumbs among what seemed to be otherwise totally Spanish clientelle, we had a nice time with mums showing us their new babies, and very polite elderly wishing us a nice meal and then struggling to understand our terrible Spanish. The staff were all polite and helpful, reception staff having some English as well --- a surprise in this remote location.”
“there was in my opinion plenty of choice for the continental breakfast. four breads, four meats, cheese,cakes always at least six choices for fresh fruit on offer every day. for six euros unbeatable value. The evening meal was well cooked and plentiful .The air conditioning through out the hotel was exceptional. Last but by no means least, the hotel staff without doubt are THE BEST WE HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. You were always met and greeted with a wonderful genuine warm smile,and nothing was to much trouble . Wonderful staff at a wonderful hotel.”

“This is a fabulous Hotel in a stunning location.We had a lovely lake view room and the views from the Hotel are just amazing.All the staff we met were wonderful and so friendly, it made the stay truly enjoyable, they were very patient with our terrible Spanish and we had a good meal at their restaurant which we ate on the terrace overlooking the lake.We will be returning next year for longer as there are some beautiful areas to explore.”
