“Wie auch der land-schwäbische Ort Cleversulzbach, so ist auch das Restaurant und Hotel geprägt durch die Einflüsse des schwäbischen Dichters Eduard Mörike, der in Cleversulzbach einige Jahre als Pfarrer lebte und arbeitete. Das Restaurant Brunnenstüberl versucht sich mit gehobenem Ambiente und ebensolcher Küche, was auf den ersten Blick auch recht gut gelingt und dadurch auch recht gut nachgefragt wird, sodass eine Tischreservierung für den abendlichen Restaurantbesuch unbedingt notwendig ist.”
