“Location, Location, Location!!!! Friendly check-in and housekeeping staff. Great water pressure in the shower. Bar below the restaurant had good drinks and played good music.”
“Location and breakfast are the two best things about the hotel. Easy to get to all the sites and public transport. Breakfast superb - and an important start in this expensive city. Lots of variety of cooked products, the pancakes and maple syrup, fruit plate, eggs, bacon etc were all excellent - you can eat as much as you like, all freshly cooked in the nicely-decorated restaurant. Staff helped us with booking a tour, stamps, extra pillows and coffee, keeping our luggage safe after check-out. Room 36 was small but we got to like the cosiness as it was warm and quiet. The lift and separate key system for in and out were good. Zurich is very expensive, particularly for accommodation and food, so I guess this hotel is value for money.”
