“This property was stunning! We arrived late at night in our hire car after our luggage went missing on our flight into Santiago and when we arrived the staff were waiting for us and came out to escort us into the hotel. Our room was really lovely and the whole hotel is decorated so beautifully and comfortably. The breakfast was varied and of high standard, the pool and spa area are lovely with an incredible view. We had a beautiful dinner on the terrace - with the area all to ourselves and this was one of the highlights of our trip.”
“The staff was great and provided great support prior to my arrival with information about parking (the hotel offers a private parking lot in Valparaiso, where parking could be a nightmare). I loved the room view and from the restaurant. I recommend dinner at the restaurant, where the night views, food, and service are great!”

“There was a bathtub, which we hadn't seen in the previous hotels in South America. There was a bowl of Epsom salts waiting in the room to have in the bath!! There were his and hers vanity kits when we arrived, welcome truffle chocolates. Service was impeccable, room was made up (or bed turned down) as soon as we were out of it. Lovely pool area, fantastic masseuse. Excellent meals. All service people were outstanding. This was the best property that we visited on our3 week vacation!!”
