“The location was excellent - right in the centre of old Toledo.”
“This is a superior accommodation, exuding class and quality, for a truly bargain price. The welcome was faultless and we were shown the accommodation in detail. The Junior Suite was spotless, very attractively appointed, with wonderful bathroom, superb bed, ample storage and a comfy and bright living room. Breakfast outstanding in a dining room to die for. The situation of the accommodation is perfect. The absence of parking was unsurprising for Toledo as the streets will not allow it (hence their charm) but completely free parking outdoors near to the station (with escalators up into the centre) mitigates this. This accommodation is simply faultless and a first choice for us if we go there again and therefore a very firm recommendation.”
“It was a beautiful room, staff were very friendly -Daniel at the sister restaurant should be promoted to head of guest services- and the location was fantastic. Breakfast was sometimes a bit random but the fruit was some of the tastiest, ripest fruit I've eaten. The location as well was brilliant.”
“The location is in the center of the old city with easy access to all of the historic sites. There is an elevator to the rooms. The host, Veronica, and her colleagues were very friendly and make you feel at home. The restaurant is sophisticated and modern. We ate at one of their sister restaurants near the main cathedral and had an excellent meal. Again, the staff, especially Victoria, were very friendly. Don't miss the rooftop terrace; at night you have superb views of the lit-up Alcazar and cathedral tower.”

“Old Toledo is definitely worth a visit and certainly worth staying a couple nights. Hotel Casa Urbana is a lovely boutique-type hotel centrally positioned, though a little tucked out the way for new-comers, but our cab driver knew it and got us there ok. Check-in was a little chaotic due to the heavy downpour at the time we arrived. Veronica was our host and could not have been more friendly and helpful - she certainly went out of her way to get a few things sorted that we needed. The apartment itself was spacious, very comfortable and very clean. ”
“Unbeatable location 100 meters from the cathedral. Beautiful rooftop terrace with the best views in town. Very friendly talkative hosts, in Spanish at least. Rooms are spacious though not luxurious.”
