“Location perfect for Plaza Mayor. Bed was comfortable. TV was not working properly and was replaced immediately. I had booked another hotel but got the date wrong and found Hotel Castilla while in the other hotel's reception area. Got this one booked immediately and arrived there ten minutes later. All was fine. Bedroom smallish but comfortable enough and so clean.”
