“Although the hotel room was first class, the hotel was shut on our arrival and standing in the rain for some ten to fifteen minutes awaiting for someone to arrive to open the hotel was not a very good start, but once inside the lady was very nice and informed us that the hotel was not fully opened due to staff shortage.”
