“Hotel staff are absolutely brilliant - happy, smiley, helpful and informative both before our arrival and during the stay. They even sorted out a parking space in the multi storey near by, do this as the police do tow away... Hotel is super central and great for the shops and bars, getting to the slopes is an 8 to 10 min walk although if you use the supermarket next door's lift you can get down easier and join the slopes then ski down to ski school. Ask for a family room when you book, we didn't and felt a bit cramped tbh.”
“The dinners and desserts were EXCELLENT! The rooms were cozy. My kids loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed the spa (hot tub, sauna, and steam room) after a long day of skiing. The bar was cozy and comfortable - great place to enjoy a drink!”
