“This was our second stay at this hotel; we were in Gerardmer a year ago and enjoyed the hotel so much that we wanted to stay there again. The hotel is a "grand dame", with lots of history and has been maintained well. Breakfast was very good. Our room faced the street but it was quiet.”

“Perfect location, close to city center. Supermarkets, pubs, restaurants are all within walking distance, the shuttle bus stop is also close ( the shuttle bus to the ski slopes is in operation on weekends and ski holidays). The buiding has a history but it is also nicely renovated (new windows keep in the heat and keep out the noise). Breakfast is super delicious and is a lot. Staff is very kind and attentive, they speak at least French, English and German. The family room is perfect with children, they have their own space. Heating works perfectly. Only difficulty is that the toilet and the bathroom are at the two separate ends of the apartment. You have to get accustomed to it, but for some, it may even be beneficial. There is a parking lot behind the hotel.”

“Classic old small hotel with pine clad, good sized room and even had a shared balcony. Comfy bed and good shower. Located near the lake at the attractive end of Gerardmer.”
“We arrived late in the evening and the female at the front desk gave us two rooms to choose from. Breakfast tasted great and there were a variety to pick from. Walkable to the city center and the lake. At first, we only booked the hotel for one night and decided to stay for another. We asked the front desk if they had availability, but they were overbooked. When we were about to check out she told us she had an available room but not the same one we stayed in. She was very accommodating and found a way for us to stay.”
