All Staff were friendly, helpful, more than willing to go the extra mile & spoke excellent English. Happy Hour free wine-tasting local wines [generous amounts]. Management always visible and frequently checking that visitors were happy with everything. In ordinary rooms, mini-bar, safe & kettle. Beds - very comfortable. High spec individually designed rooms & delicious breakfasts. A superior 4 Star hotel - will definitely return.”
