“Quiet setting in typical French village but close to Vitry-Chalons road. The hotel had a real French feel compared with the blandness of some chains. Good food at hotel restaurant.”

“This is a quirky property - Hotel, local bar and tabac all rolled into one. Resembled a scene from Allo Allo! The owners and staff were all lovely people - friendly and helpful when needed. Bedroom was a good size - having a dog with us we need space. Location was in a very pleasant village close to the river and canal d midi. Excellent for dog walks. Don't be fooled by first appearances - it really is nice.”

We had a nice and reasonably priced meal in the restaurant. A little off the beaten path, but excellent value for money, for us much better than any chain run hotels.”
