“View of rivers was great. Location near train station worked well. But most of all I was so impressed with the staff. I foolishly left a pair of glasses on the bedside table when we checked out on Monday. Hotel Flex folks found them and Booking.com found me on Naoshima. When I arrive in Kyoto on Wednesday my glasses were waiting for me at the hotel desk. Wow. What wonderful service! Thank you hotel Flex.”
