“The check-in lounge was a great way to start - light refreshments and a place to sit for the kids while we handled the details. Pre-dinner drinks in the lounge is a nice touch too. The room had all you could ask for and more - who has a sauna these days? The breakfast was the best we've ever had without doubt - Kiwifruit smoothies and eggs cooked how you like them and delivered to your table. Free parking takes away the stress of finding/paying for the 'best park'. The staff were always there without being over the top. Highly recommend a night or two at Gajoen if you have time to relax for a bit or need to get away and unwind.”
“I stayed in the Executive Suite at this Hotel and it was fabulous. - The suite had a jacuzzi and a private sauna next the jacuzzi in the suite, in addition to plenty of amenities that were beyond my expectations. - The decoration inside the hotel, was unique and had a Japanese atmosphere - The garden which is part of the property was great for photos and having a quiet time. - a 7-11 and a family mart were just outside the hotel - Taxis were readily available any time of the day or night - The hotel was about 5 to 7 minutes walk from Meguro stations and the Hotel had a bus shuttle to the station every 20 minutes starting at 11am - The staff were truly wonderful, always smiling and helpful all the time - The breakfast (which was included) was great and had a variety of choices, including healthy options - The in-room dining menu had many choices and the food we ordered tasted fresh, prepared with passion and delicious. In fact, we had dinner twice in our suite.”
