“I am a powered wheelchair user and there are no specific facilities for disabled. However, the owner provided an easily accessible downstairs room and separate storage for my chair. Hotel not suitable if tied to chair. The hotel is a traditional German gasthof and as such provides decent service and conditions and good food. Nicely situated on the side of the Mosel.”

“This was my second stay at this hotel. It is no more than a two to three minute walk from the train station and lake. They have a wonderful restaurant and beer garden onsite. If you want to step out for a meal there are several other restaurants around the corner. My daughter and I ate each morning in the breakfast room. There were many choices available, some changing each morning. Everything served was always fresh and well presented. The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and we had room service daily. I also want to add that the owner and his daughter were extremely helpful during my stay. They were always available to help me with my questions and daily travel plans. They were more than happy to let me take care of my checkout the night before I left, as I was leaving around 6:30 AM, which is before someone arrives at their desk. Thanks for another great stay.”
