“Wir hatten im Vorfeld gelesen, dass das Personal sehr freundlich sein soll. Das hat sich bestätigt: sie sind alle sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und aufmerksam, toll! Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet! Die Inneneinrichtung unseres Zimmers war etwas veraltet, aber okay. Die Lage des Hotels, wer wandern gehen möchte, perfekt. Im Ruhebereich im Spa wären Zeitschriften schön gewesen. Im Sommer habe ich den Spa-Bereich als noch schöner empfunden, wegen der tollen Außenanlagen und dem Außenpool. Jetzt, im Winter, fand ich ihn okay.”
“Mein Zimmer war sehr schön , hell mit Balkon. Allerdings ein weiter Weg bis zur Rezeption und Restaurant. Personal war auch zuvorkommend und nett und höflich. Die Reinigungskraft konnte allerdings kein Wort Deutsch und/oder sehr wenig.”
