“Terrific hotel right near the water in Puerto Natales. Walking distance to anything one could want - delicious restaurants (the adjoining Santolla is amazing, and walking distance to both Aldea and Afrigonica), shops, an amazing wine market, and all of the major sites. Hotel itself provides beautiful facilities, including a sauan and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious.”

“Very close to the Plaza and to the water. Place is new and the public areas look nice. Rooms are basic. Good view from deck. One of the employees was exceptionally helpful around planning for our Torres del Paine trek and trip to El Chalten. Others at the desk were nice also.”

Breakfast was served early just especially for us on one day as we had an early morning start for a day trip to a Glacier in Argentina. They did not have to do this, so it was really appreciated!”

“It's a nice hotel, close to the plaza de armas and the waterfront. The breakfast is good...if the person is there to cook your eggs (one of the days we had to leave at 730am and the cook had yet to arrive...so we left to get started on our trek a bit less full than planned). The beds are comfortable and the water is hot.”

“My husband and I stayed here for almost a week during our honeymoon. We were blown away with the friendliness and hospitality of the front desk staff. All of the staff were friendly and smiling. The owners went out of the way to make us comfortable & help us enjoy after a stressful time traveling. They are great with advice and booking activities in the area. The restaurant attached (Santolla) is the best restaurant in PN. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are plenty of options: eggs, granola, yogurt, fruit, toast, oatmeal. I loved the relaxing little common areas- rooftop balcony, and sauna/hot tub. Great views from our hotel room. Very clean and well decorated.”
