“We stayed for one night. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was very tight, but excellently designed to incorporate all kinds of features one could think of — TV, kettle, tea/coffee sets, notepads, fridge, pressing board... The bed was comfortable with two-sided cushions for people who love or hate the Japanese plastic bead filling. Extra cushion stowed away over the ample supply of clothes hangers. The hotel restaurant was a bit on the expensive and slow side for dinner, though we commend them for being open until 2 a.m. Breakfast was the largest buffet imaginable, suiting European and Japanese styles, and quite delicious. The shuttle bus to the Airport is quick and easy to use. The stewards handled our heavy luggage with a smile.”
“Good location, close to airport. Free shuttle bus. Sukiya restaurant right across the street.”
“It was a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out, well-equipped clean room with nice lighting, large bath room with everything I need, frequent airport shuttle with excellent arrangement.”
“I liked the location. Easy access to the Keikyu train line, which connects you to Tokyo subway. Once you figure out which trains and subway trains to take, it's easy to get back and forth the Asakusa subway line and the rest of Tokyo subway. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby and local small restaurants (ramen, sukiyaki, etc). The only minor inconvenience is it's a little far to Tsukiji market if you want to go to tuna auctions -- the only choice at 4:00 am is a long taxi ride. Other than that the hotel is a good location. Quiet area but within easy reach of downtown Tokyo, and obviously Haneda airport.”
“The only good point was that the hotel is a 5minute shuttle bus ride from the airport, although they only run at certain times so you need to check it suits your flight times.”
“All catering staff were excellent: attentive, very polite and with excellent customer service.”
“Free shuttle bus from/to airport is the main point for me to choose this hotel. Also the last stop for purchasing cosmetics, there is a big store nearby.”
“Choice for someone seeking a soft entry into Japan after a long flight. Airport shuttle (assuming you can follow the clues to find it; ask for the timeschedule), and is a generally welcoming hotel.”
“Great hotel, very good service, free shuttle bus which was great after a long flight. Restaurant very good and overall good value for money”
“I liked that the room wasn't too cold. And some people may complain about how small the rooms are but mine was perfectly comfortable.”
