“Located quite close to Plaza Bolivar, the epicenter of the city's festivals. Single rooms are inexpensive, clean, and comfortable. Bathrooms are spotless and modern. I've stayed here twice, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful both times.”

“La calidad del desayuno, la habitación y la ubicación. Adicionalmente, si van en plan turístico (que implique conocer todo el eje cafetero) la ubicación del hotel es excelente toda vez que a media cuadra se encuentra el bus que los lleva a Salento, el terminal que los lleva al Parque del Café queda a 10 minutos, el bus que los lleva a Calarcá pasa a media cuadra del hotel. El norte queda a alrededor de 15 minutos del hotel en taxi (cuyo costo de la carrera no supera los 6.000 COP). Para finalizar y en contra de algunos comentarios que vimos SÍ HAY DATÁFONO.”
