“Best breakfast and service I had in my two weeks of exploring Eastern Europe. This hotel really surprised me as it was meant to only be a short stay while travelling on my road trip, but I ended up wishing I stayed longer in Karlstejn!”
“The staff was very helpful. We knew we were coming in after the front desk closed but they have a safe on the outside that allowed us to get our key and get to our room. Just call ahead. Their instructions were very clear. The room was nice and had a mini-bar with some nice snacks and drinks. Good breakfast in the morning. The location is very very good relative to the town and the castle. There on-site parking makes a big difference. The room was clean and there is a cafe attached to the hotel. Some of the little things are nice as well such as having kids shampoo in as a part of the complimentary shampoos. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.”

“We were very happy with the very friendly, personal service. Sabina, the owner, was lovely. She accommodated our timetable as we had just arrived fresh off a 40 hour international flight. The room had a beautiful view looking directly up at the castle. Our son especially loved the heated pool. We will be back next time we are in town.”
