“The hotel was located at a very beautiful site, with a river flowing and the castle up on the hill above the green trees. The hotel building itself was built by Tsar Nikolay of Russia for his Empress in 1879, which made the stay much more outstanding. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, its outside space and its staff. I would certainly recommend staying there for anyone who would like to stay in somewhere special, in Kars, Turkey.”

“Location is super. Close to the old citadel and castle. The citadel is going to be restored and so maybe in one or two years it will be even more beautiful. The hotel was an old Russian mansion build in 1875 completely restored with a very nice tea garden next to the river. Also staff and hotel manager were very friendly.”

“Otelin konumu mükemmeldi; derenin kenarında ve Kars Kalesi'nin eteklerinde olması ve Rus mimarisi bizi etkiledi. Çalışanlar ise son derece güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tuvalet ve banyo ise temizdi. Çok memnun kaldık. Kars'a seyahat ediyorsanız -bizce- kalınabilecek en iyi yer.”
