“Very new and clean, big space, very quite because it shares with a kind of older people's home, very well organized.”

“We have stayed at the GDA often. It is spotless and beautifully decorated. They cater very well for people looking for comfort, especially elderly people. They also cater extremely well for special needs people. The hotel is newly renovated and pristine. The position of the hotel is a plus point. It is situated close to the center of town, but is in a cul-de-sac so it is quiet and peaceful. There are lovely gardens to walk in surrounded by large trees. I have to make a special announcement that the staff is very thoughtful and kind. Especially Vanessa at the front desk/ reception. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect in every way. She is always pleasant and caring. In all the times we have stayed over the past 2 years, she has been wonderful. She is a real asset to the hotel.”
“Not realizing this was both a residence for elderly people and a hotel, we found this quiet place most wonderful. Staff very friendly and a clean and nice spa. Located near Marschsee so we decided to walk to and from Hannover City along the See.”
