“The first room we got was very small, with a teeny window only. The hotel was fully booked and that was all they had available. After 2 nights a much bigger room became available with a balcony to sit out on. They were very accomodating, and moved us to the new room. Breakfast was substantial, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered lots of sightseeing, tips for Cefalu and nearby Palermo .”
“The house keepers did a wonderful job of cleaning our room. They even did things such as put linen cloths over the tops of the bedside tables where we had arranged personal items and they put new soap dish in the bathroom. They found an extra luggage rack, too, without our asking. In other words, they didn't just go in and clean the room, they noticed little things they could do to make our stay better. Also, everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and they were all fluent in several languages. The breakfast was quite good as well!”

“This hotel had the nicest staff I have ever encountered....they walked everyone personally to their room Spoke English, made me latte early in the morning before breakfast and all with a smile. Breakfast was a wonderful assortment of cheese,fruit,beautiful fresh breads,cakes and croissants You could walk to train station with your bags yet,it was not in a bad area It had Sky TV.Best location...could walk everywhere. I should have stayed longer.”
