“Beautiful small hotel in perfect location. Family room was in the attic and the roof velux opened onto a magical view of the city rooftops and cathedral. A very nice conversion of an old building. Small but perfect.”

“Proximity to everything was good from hotel. Parking on site not available. Directions to parking not very good. GPS requires better address to find access to parking lot. Was nightmare driving in narrow one way streets. From parking lot to hotel was 400 meters with many turns. GPS walking was excellent getting us to hotel but terrible driving there.”

“Fantastic location in the centre of old Santiago. Loads of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. For some strange reason the hotel is only officially rated 2* however it should be 4* - lovely hotel, very well decorated and furnished. The hotel is located within a 'pedestrian' area and there is no on street parking at the hotel however the hotel has an arrangement with a nearby public car park - the cost is 10 Euros per day. The normal cost without the hotel 'stamp' is 117 Euros per day.”
“Perfect location for walking the city as a tourist. This Hotel is of a very high standard in its decor, comfort, location and the staff speak English and supply one with all the information you need. The breakfast is above average but could be included in the price but the comfort of the rooms and the available resting lounges made up for the shortcomings of the restruant. They are times in travelling one comes across a jewel in the crown at a good price and this is one of them!!!”
