“we chose Japanese room type. very comfort and clean room. superb breakfast for Muslim especially. Location wise a bit isolated and need own transportation (even Tateyama station located about 3.5km). Excellent facilities onsen (inside and outside) with excellent amenities. View of mountains from Hotel was magnificent, suitable for de-stressed holiday”

“The hotel has enough facilities like a small resort, there are very interesting public onsen baths, room is spacious and the buffet is very good, I particularly like the free beverages served in the lounge where you can relax and hangout throughout the whole day.”
“The hotel is not walking distance from the station, but the staff was nice enough to come pick us up when I called them from the cable car before we went down. The location is nice and quiet. The dinner was buffet style. There were lots of options but most of them were not premium food, so it wasn't as good as the dinner we had at Kurobe View on the other side of the alpen route, but it was convenient. Breakfast was similarly buffet style and wasn't fantastic, but was good enough. The onsen was very good. The next morning the staff had a shuttle that took us back to the train station.”
“Great location for the Tateyama - Kurobe Alpine route. Huge playroom for young children, family room was large and with good views on to the river. Shuttle service to and from station - this was required due to location. Station master (very friendly) called through when we arrived at station and a car was sent down to us. Yakatas provided and lots of people wearing these throughout the hotel. Food was plentiful with lots of choice and fantastic quality (which isn't always the case with isolated hotels) - by far the best hotel food of our trip.”

“大浴場の温泉の熱さ加減はちょうどよく、種類もいくつもあり、露天風呂も気持ちがよかったです。三歳の息子も用意されたおもちゃを遊びながら楽しく温泉に入れました。浴衣も自分で好きなデザインを選択できてうれしかったです。ホテル周りの景色がよく、北ヨーロッパの山の風景に似ていました。”
“お風呂はいろいろあって気持ち良かった。目の前にスキー場があるようなので、冬には良いロケーションかも。夏は寂しいが空いてるとも言える。ベッドは少し柔らかめ。”
“夕食をバイキングからお膳食に変更してもらったがスムーズに変更していただいてよかったです。 前日に和倉温泉で同じくらいの値段で泊まったが、食事、設備ともこちらの方がとてもお得に思えました。 お勧めです。”
