“The perfect location just a 5' walk to Taxim spuare and metro station and a minute away from Istiklal caddesi.Thought the hotel is on a small road we did not had any problem walking around even at night.Cafe's, traditional turkish restaurants, a perfect baklava shop, gracery shops everything around the hotel. The breakfast was perfect, thought there was not a buffet rather than a platter with many tradisional turkish breakfast choices.Friendly and polite staff, though not everyone spoke fluently english.The customer service super.They answeared to my questions prior to check-in many times and they also changed our room to priple room when I asked them.We needed the triple room just for a night, and although it was a last minute request, they cave as a triple room for all our 4 days stay and the charged only the one I asked for.”
