“The bed was very big and comfortable! I liked having so many stores and restaurants in one place and the airport shuttle saved us a lot on transportation. The staff was very helpful and when they shortchanged me a dollar by accident, someone actual ran up to my room a few minutes later with 100 yen and apologized! The whole hotel had a luxurious feel to it and it was the first time I had felt so relaxed in Japan. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in.”
