“A special thanks to francisco that welcomed us as we arrived and of course to all the staff extremely kind , they brought us at our room a cake to celebrate the first birtday of our little children! that was so kind we were so happy for the surprise ! The hotel is magnific very quiet relaxing sauna jacuzzi indoor pool a much more it is to discover every part of it from in to outside The rooms are top 5 stars for sure and not 4 (for my opinion ) we enjoyed the play room for the kids, we enjoyed their retaurant and the very good breakfast with fresh orange juice and much more for every taste excellent all! they also organize escursions outside to the parque but unfortunaltely we didn t have enought time to do it i just can suggest if you are looking to book this hotel do it ! thanks for our beautiful stay parque hotel ! “The location was beautiful. The hotel itself looks very nice and the rooms were very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a great relaxation after a long day. A cup of coffee at the room's balcony is a great way to relax.”

“The setting of the hotel was beautiful. The grounds were well kept and had a nice outdoor playground for our little ones. Also the tennis court was very nice as well as the soccer area. The outdoor pool was closed. Even if it were open it would have been to cold. The indoor pool was great, the hot tub was nice but not very hot. downstairs was a nice playroom for kids and a nice gym as well as a large room with tv and pool table. The showers were great, very hot and lots of pressure. Bed was very comfy and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. TV had a lot of good channels. We ate dinner at the reastaraunt next to the museum at the entrance of the hotel, it was wonderful. Breakfast was great as well.”

“The hotel is very nice and the staff are kind and always available. The hotel is new and all the furniture are modern. They have everything you need in terms of services, gym, swimming poll, internal bar, etc. they only miss a restaurant services in side but the breakfast was great! It is also quite cheap for 4 stars hotel.”
“A peaceful rest in the middle of the mountains. Relaxing in the Spa was just lovely. Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast has healthy options which is always a plus. ”
