“We arrived at the hotel and were informed that our booking has been cancelled since they tried to call us many times and we didn't respond. Well, we were flying from malaysia to India during that time. But, the manager and staff provided us a small room with public bathroom. Later, when one of the rooms was vacant, we were given a room to relax, and it was great. Everything was free of charge. The hotel manager apologized for the inconvenience and didn't receive a single penny from us. The hotel has a nice, friendly staff. ”

“The location is good. But the locals seems to be a little sceptical of the property, which was evident when we asked for directions to the property. With a little effort on the part of the management, it could be easily transformed into a family friendly accommodation. However, I must add that we didn't feel any discomfort during our stay there.”

“The location is good if you need to get to the Kotchin airport early in the morning. Rikshah is 140 rupees and takes just 15 mins. The room was very big and clean, no bugs or dirt. Stuff was surprisingly good- we ordered a breakfast for 6:30 a.m. and got it just on time to our room.”
