“The Rojas Hotel has an excellent breakfast with a variety of items of food items for anyone's dietary needs. Breakfast is shared in a well lit open patio area in the middle of the property. I stayed during winter, the staff turned on large heaters to make sure that I and other guests were comfortable. I had a choice of fried or scrabbled eggs. Towels are monogrammed and very fluffy.”
