“O hotel é bem localizado, próximo à Plaza de Armas de Cusco, que nos recebe com chá de folha de coca para amenizar o mal de altitude ( soroche) aos 3.600 metros . O café da manhã ( incluso) e refeições avulsas são de ótima qualidade, bem como o atendimento dos funcionários nessa área. Os atendentes no balcão são bastante solícitos, ajudando-me num caso de perda de óculos , obtenção de táxi e outras informações. A todo momento acorriam a colocar-se à disposição para atender.”
