The booking may be cancelled if the advance payment is not made in a timely manner.<br><br>Please note the on-site restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner hours. There are no restaurants, shops or dining options within a walking distance from the property.<br><br>For guests staying for 2 or more nights, please be informed that room cleaning service is not available. Towels will be exchanged daily.<br><br>Please note that some rooms may have unstable WiFi connection.<br><br>Please be informed that pets are not permitted in the property.<br><br>The hot spring bath is open until 09:30.<p>Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.</p>

“The environment is very comfortable and it is really relaxing to stay here. The food is delicious”
“Onsen was always very quiet, we used them five times during our stay and only saw two other people. Loved this facility! I really enjoyed the breakfast, but it was not to my girlfriend's taste, and the western-style breakfast was almost non-existent. However, she's not big on breakfast to this didn't spoil our enjoyment at all. Loved the woodland setting, we got some amazing drone footage over the hills and trees. The staff were amazing! They even put on an extra shuttle to the train station after we'd checked out so that we could catch a faster train. They really didn't have to do this, it was above and beyond. Thank you so much!”
“We accidentally arrived here after the Takayama festival. The way to the hotel is amazing, snow and mountains. The Hotel is great, huge rooms, very comfortable, Staff friendly and helpful, great breakfast. We did not ski but nearby ski resorts.”
“You would need to get a rental car, unless you could catch the shuttle bus, of which gets filled up really fast. Takayama area is beautiful and refreshing especially for a city girl. The onsen is good the first time, you would need to go when there is still sunlight to enjoy the scenery from the open window area. (Other than that, we are disappointed with the small onsen area size and the long, cold walk up to the open air onsen area ~ ) They let ladies pick a kimono from an array of designs at the lobby which was a nice perk~ Room size is big and has a full length mirror. Also has a few luxurious amenities like Lebel shampoo and an aroma diffuser. Would not return~”

“The staff couldn’t be more attentive and welcoming. Just a few minute drive from highway exit. The onsen was fabulous, meal service at dinner was fantastic, and loved the spacious room, it was a fusion of Western and Japanese. We got to choose yukata, and the staff helped us wear them. Everything was excellent and memorable.”

“Very spacious room with added bonus of massage chair, typical Japanese breakfast and onsen which looked impressive although we did not make use of the facilities as they did not allow you to make use of the onsen if you have tattoos, which is pretty much the case everywhere in Japan.”
