The hotel is surrounded in an outstanding scenery filled with unique flora and fauna. The service is amazing but it's their hotel staff that sticks out the most. They were amazing from arrival to departure! The food and drinks are great too! The best part is that they are affordable and even though you feel like it's way out of your league. You will feel like kings and queens! I don't know when I will return, but I know I will return one day. You'll only feel sad when you got to leave this amazing place”

“Staff/service, food, location, value for money: excellent! The room was nice contructed and equipped in the colonial style but could have been better maintained and improvements would be: Mosquito nets or A/C, sink and toilet in the samme room, ventilation in the bathroom, better light, easier access to the balcony ...BUT the balcony with the fireplace and the fantastic view as part of the room was amazing!!! Tour guide (John): better than good! John has good knowledge, interesting, good driver, positive - a very good experience meeting him!”
“We booked a junior suite and it was massive with beautiful views and we had a humming bird nesting in the tree right outside one of the windows. There were many other birds to be spotted. Manager and hotel guide/driver could speak excellent English and all staff were very pleasant. Service was excellent and very personal. Outside dining available on individual located tables around the garden and pool. Hotel organised airport pick up and day trip with John, their own driver/guide. All at reasonable prices. We could not have selected a better hotel for our 3 nights in the coffee area”

“It's a little difficult to state the best part about this gem of a boutique hotel set against the stunningly beautiful Colombian coffee country highlands, but beyond the ideal location, tranquil vibe, and great facilities the super attentive staff were probably the highlight. We stayed for a three day weekend and were extremely well-cared for from the start. The kitchen was reopened for us after arrival, all meals were excellent and often adjusted to our taste, and staff were on hand to help with whatever we needed but never overwhelming. It's noteworthy that unlike many Colombian places the hotel restaurant and spa do not tack on 10% service charge. I am the last person to advocate overtipping but wound up giving 20% of our non-room bill to all the staff as we were super impressed.”
