- Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Esto es muy bueno. - La habitación amplia y bien equipada, incluyendo una pequeña mesa que permite trabajar en la computadora. - Buena ubicación. Si bien no es un lugar agradable para caminar por los alrededores, es fácil de llegar al centro de la ciudad. Está frente a una avenida, pero aún así no llega ruido dentro de la habitación (mi habitación tenía la ventana que daba a la avenida). - Aún cuando el restaurante del hotel no atiende todo el día (solo desayunos y cenas, al menos cuando yo estuve), el personal ofrece pedir comida a algún restaurante para que lo lleven al hotel. - El estacionamiento es un local aparte que está frente a la puerta del hotel (cruzando la calle) y es muy amplio. - El precio que me cobraron (US$ 31 por noche) es bueno para la calidad del hotel.”
