“Our downstairs rooms were clean, comfortable and perfectly located to let our dogs outside. Next to the outside terrace restaurant so a little noisy. Restaurant excellent. Staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful, especially when our car's back window mysteriously shattered. Called the police and everything. Location is on the main road into the centre and a 10 minute drive, too far to walk. Drive is easy so no real problem.”

“V hotelu niso imeli moje rezervacije, zato hotela ne morem oceniti. Občutek sem imela, da je zaposleni v recepciji vseeno saj je delovala neprofesionalno. Na vprašanje ali pričakuje da bom po 12 urah spala v avtu mi je rekla, da pač ne more storiti ničesar. Ko sem ji predložila potrjeno rezervacijo preko bookinga so mi po pregovarjanju našli sobo v drugem hotelu. Nad hotelom Transilvanija sem bila čisto razočarana in ga nebi priporočila nikomur.”
