“Loved that they kept true to the original design of the building - old stone walls, antique furniture. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Overall, my partner and I had a wonderful stay.”
“Comfortable room, good breakfast, handy for the vineyards and set amidst beautiful scenery. No restaurant, but there are two in the village. The pool is small but swimmable, and comes with a view.”
“Quirky old hotel in a lovely village right on the small square. Our room was on the second floor up a narrow spiral staircase. (First floor accessed by a lift) It and the room below, which my parents occupied, were in a little wing off the inner courtyard. It was simple and spacious with comfortable beds. Large bathroom with shower. Lovely towels! We loved it! Nice breakfast with different fresh breads, croissants, sweet items, jams, cereal, yoghurt, compote, cheese and meat, juice and fruit bowl. Good coffee machine.”
“Beautiful old hotel in the main square of a medieval hilltop village. Owner was very welcoming and engaging. The room was huge.”
“We stayed for a night on our way to the south of France with two other families and were blown away by this enchanting place. The hotel is stunning and located on the edge of a beautiful square in a medieval hilltop village that is understandably described as one of the most beautiful in France. There were delightful views all around and wonderful narrow streets that lead to the square. Parking was a couple of minutes walk away but you can drive into the square at the entrance to the hotel to unload your car. In the square are a couple of bars/restaurants where we sat and marvelled at the beauty of the place. Breakfast was good and the room spacious, full of character and very clean. Would love to stay there again for a night or two.”
“Great location. Supercharming staff. Small swimming pool a bonus!”
“The quaintness and character of the hotel were excellent”
“Hotel located in the main square of a picturesque village. Warm and friendly welcome.”
“Delightful memory foam mattress. We stayed on the top floor overlooking the breathtakingly charming town square. I imagine any of the rooms' views would please.”
“The hotel is charming and full of character with a delightful courtyard and pool. It is centrally located in a wonderful, medieval village and surrounded by beautiful countryside and is well situated for touring local places of interest. We received exceptional service from our hosts and cannot recommend the standard of customer care highly enough.”
