“Stayed 3 nights there and liked daily breakfast with wide variety selection. Guest laundry is certainly plus for me though it is located aged end of corridor. Restaurants area is about 10-15 mind walking and not too bad.”

“They must have been going through a total ownership change some of the staff did not know simple aswers to room servic or let us take a menu. When we did order room service we had to call down 3 different times for missing utensils, salad dressing and something else. and wer under staffed. But the next morning we saw the manager or someone dressed in a nice suit and he was very aware of how things were running. of course we arrived late at night this too could of caused delay in efficiency and understaff..”

“Why do you charge for parking? None of the other Hyatt Places I visit charge. VERY upsetting. As this was my first time to this Hyatt Place. I ASSUMED parking was included. you made me find a FREE parking place 4 blocks away. FRUSTRATING. Especially because I stayed on a Sunday evening when your parking garage was almost empty.”
