“Great improvements made to Hotel and Restaurant, a little jewel in the local community, a sleepy backwater village of puzzling charm - is this the "French" way of life we would all like to live! Marvellous breakfast provided and a great coming together of multi-nationals under the umbrellas of a sun soaked eating area across the road from hotel entrance. We watched with trepidation as the owners brought our meals across the road to our tables!”

“Third visit - short stay although will be staying longer in the future. Close to good motorway transport links, Verdun etc. In a very quiet village. Superb countryside. BUT - the Patron is extremely welcoming and accommodating; the rooms are outstandingly good with great attention to detail. Food is excellent - preparation meticulous and plentiful. Take time to ensure that ou know a little Frence - it will assist no end but dont worry if you cant speak French. Wine list good and spa pool excellent. Price very very good value.”
