“we stayed here on our last night as a treat after completing the tour du mont blanc. the hotel is about a 40-50 min walk from chamonix. the clear advantage of its location is that you're surrounded by forest rather than the depressing-looking buildings in chamonix. to make it short, the hotel and the restaurant were excellent. very comfortable beds, sheets and towels. friendly staff. sadly the whirl pool was out of order during our stay, but the sauna and swimming pool are nice. we had dinner at the hotel restaurant Le Rosebud, which was fantastic. the breakfast was a bit pricey, but good quality with a lot of choice. the chalet itself is beautiful with lots of nice little details and a great scenery just outside.”
“Great for us and our baby. Walking trails starting from near the hotel. Location is perfect, in a small village near the woods between Argentiere and Chamonix. Friendly staff. Spa facilities perfect for us (outdoor/indoor jacuzzi, pool, hammam, sauna, massage).”

“Loved the location because the hotel is situated outside Chamonix (which is a city) in the mountains with beautiful pine trees... The hotel is lovely, decorated with taste, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and spa facilities were great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The bar and living room are separated by a big fireplace, open on both sides, that the staff light up when you go in for an afternoon tea.”
