“Location was excellent & views amazing...staff were very friendly & service was excellent..easy check in ..food was very good in the restaurant & a very cosy & relaxing experience which is what we where looking for at the end of the day on the slopes...stayed in the chalet St Michael which was at the back of the hotel which gave us the privacy which we required ...chalet was perfect for our family of 6 ..booked garage space for 2 cars ..nice & secure throughout our stay ..had our own lockers for skis & boots which where secure at all times.overall a great holiday would like to give a big thank you to Stephanie who remained at our disposal throughout the booking process & would highly recommend to anyone with a family who would like to be able to have the freedom of self catering but also a option to be wined & dined.”

“Really great breakfast Staff were really lovely Room was a great size Location is amazing for skiing. And the free shuttle bus goes from just outside the hotel into town Wifi was good and fast Unfortunately I didn't bring any swimwear to try out the spa facilities but they looked amazing! Boot room is a good size with boot warmers too. Overall, a really great hotel!”

“The location is awesome, short walking distance to several lifts. The staff is friendly and willing to resolve the issues. The room has enough area for 4 people, kitchen has all you need for cooking, including a nespresso coffee machine. Great view from the balcony.”
