“Sadly we left the hotel as we were in a room with really steep stairs which was a really worry with our three year old, no air con because we had a balcony ( the explanation given) so when we opened the windows the room filled with mosquitoes. It was hot and uncomfortable and I had to repeatedly ask for assistance, we checked out 5 days early.”
