“The hotel is a renovated characteristic building of the region on a quiet location with a view to valleys on both sides. The hosts were very kind. Although we could not use the swimming pool due to the weather, it looked nice and clean, with new beds. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of products, including a cheese of the region. The hotel also serves dinner with a chef and regional menu including a selection of Bergerac wines. The price of dinner was quite low (25 Euro for 3 courses).”
“We only booked this hotel at the last minute as a quick stopover... but we will definitely be back.. lovely location, safe, easy car parking. The massive added bonus was how lovely this hotel is. We arrived too late for our evening meal and we had already eaten... but the restaurant looked so inviting and had a very welcoming atmosphere. We had a fantastic nights sleep and a lovely breakfast on the terrace. We really didn't want to leave the next morning. We are both looking forward to revisiting when we have more time to enjoy this lovely hotel. FIVE STARS from us”
“The property is in a beautiful hilltop position a few klms from the bustle of Sarlat. We had 3 days in the area and returning to the Hotel each afternoon was pure joy, The staff are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. We did not initially think we would dine in the restaurant each evening but after the first night we didnt want to go anywhere else. Excellent food, friendly and helpful service. A truly lovely tranquil Hotel that we intend to come back to each time we visit the area.”
“We paid extra to have a patio location-well worth it. The location was perfect. The staff were absolutely terrific - nothing was too much trouble. On the raised patio area breakfast was served-it was a fantastic outlook. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. On site parking - great for loading and unloading. The evening meals were cooked to perfection and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was a cold arrangement but catered for everyone's taste. Plenty of choice. I would go back again.”
