“Location near the landing stage on the Ile d'Arz very convenient as we had to carry our bags from there. Excellent and very generous breakfast, good evening meal but not for serious foodies. Staff pleasant.”
“Watching the rise and fall of the tide submerging and then revealing the wreck of a fishing boat, from our bedroom window was mesmerising. After the last ferry of the day has left, and first thing before they begin to arrive is a good time to go for a stroll. That said, the island is much less crowded than neighbouring Île aux Moines anyway, and it is the perfect place to explore by bike. We brought ours from the mainland, but there is a charge for this, and you can hire bikes on the quay anyway. We ate crepes on the terrace, and the food was well-prepared, and the prices reasonable. There are other places to eat, in the main village, but they don't have the view!”
