“I travel here with may parents and they love it to the heart. They love the interior, which is why I choose this hotel. We stayed for one night and it was excellent. We opt for ground floor since there is no elevator and our room are in the 4th floor, but the hotel staff kindly give us another rooms which is located in the first floor and there is a balcony (my fave! so much to make my dream come true to stay in parisian hotel with balcony). The room is heated rooms which is good for us cause we came in winter season. The public transportation is close, just 2 or 3 min and there are a lot of restaurant nearby. The neighbourhood is calm, quite and safe I think. There are kitchen and refrigator. Overall this is the most beautiful hotel that we stayed in europe!”

“Worst customer service by the man at the counter and if you can't climb stairs up to the third floor with your luggage then don't bother booking as there is no lift. If you are driving then no parking around so be aware. The rest is all average stay with standard facilities.”
