“Arrival at 5:30pm on New Year's Eve, no-one at the desk but keys to our rooms and detailed instructions about access available. Rooms were clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is on the main road in the middle of town and it was NYE. The restaurant we booked for dinner was just around the corner, and a local café was open for pre-dinner drinks. Lovely smiling face at reception the next morning and a buffet breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting simple, value for money accommodation in the area.”
